I always strive to be as transparent as possible with all clients about the process of booking with me from start to finish. Being on the same page together as photographer & client is extremely important in ensuring that you have the best experience possible. Below you will find details on the process from initial inquiry to the day you receive your gallery as well as package details from starting price to base level inclusions.
STEP 01
Fill out the form
The first step is pretty clear cut, fill out the form! I always implore potential clients to include as many details possible for what their requests, budget, and inquiries may be. While we will discuss a majority of the details over the phone/in person, it helps me prepare accordingly for our first conversation. Once received, I will contact you within 24 hours.
STEP 02
Call or meet up
From here I will collect any other information that I may need in order to provide a proper contract as well as an invoice. This will be a great time to ask any questions that may be on your mind. Although I do urge new clients to visit the 'FAQ' page, every client is unique! The more questions the better.
STEP 03
Picture time
I always like to have a clear line of communication with clients and tend to reach out a week before to confirm we are good for our date and then again a day or two before. If we are doing a photoshoot at a location that has a time limit (i.e, a rented studio, a ticketed event, etc.) I urge you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to our scheduled time to avoid any lost time.
STEP 04
Delivering photos
Finally, time to enjoy your captured moments! After our time together, I will get your photos to you via an online gallery. From there, my only hope outside of you loving them, is that we may get the chance to work together again in the future!
